The Yukon RussetTM is a special yellow flesh russet variety that Mid-Isle Farms has been working with for the past five years.

When baked the skin crisps up and the potatoes are absolutely delicious to eat!
Mid-Isle is confident that this is the perfect “All Purpose Potato”.

The Yukon RussetTM has the same shape as a Norkotah Russet but has a terrific flavour. It has also been found to grow well in the field and store better than other varieties.

The Yukon RussetTM can currently be bought through retailers in Canada and several
independent retailers in the United States.

The potatoes are marketed in a unique thicker poly bag which features a gusset bottom and high resolution graphics.
